The upper formation of the Miocene Dasht Murgha Group in the Pishin Belt of northern Balochistan, introduced by Kasi et al. (2012). It is a cyclic mudstone-dominated fluvial succession up to about 700 m thick — dark-red to maroon mudstone (intervals up to about 165 m) with subordinate coarse, pebbly, gritty sandstone — exposed in the core of the Dasht Murgha Syncline near Sra Khula village.
