Structural/stratigraphic anatomy of the Shyok Suture Zone (Skardu-Khaplu-Hushe-Thalle), separating the oceanic Ladakh Arc from the south-Asian (Karakoram) margin. Defines the Burje-La Formation, Askore Amphibolite, Pakora Formation (~7 km Early Cretaceous volcaniclastics), Saltoro Formation and the structurally highest Bauma-Harel Group (Ordovician + Carboniferous-Permian-Triassic carbonate/siliciclastic south-Asian-margin sediments). NOTE: the paper's 'Thalle' is the Thalle Valley (volcaniclastics correlated with the Pakora Formation), NOT the Ordovician Thalle Limestone of the dataset; and it does not treat the Plio-Pleistocene Bunthang Sequence.

This page is the reverse of each unit's per-field citations — it shows exactly what this reference supports, making the dataset's “no source, no fact” rule browsable both ways.
