A marble unit of the Basha River area that joins the Chogo Lungma Group limestones.
Chutrun limestone is exposed in the west of Basha River near the contact of Karakoram metamorphic complex, Pakora and Niamur valley and right bank of Chogo Lungma glacier. This limestone splits into hectometric lenses of marble wrapped in schist. It joins with the Chog Lungma group of limestone.
